Dear All, I would like to share my terrific experience on your service center at Shakarpur. You guys are rediculous and disgusting in your service. I am mentioning what I experience today and also remind you that my previous charger complaint not resolved by you,i Only received a call for resolving this issue but no one bother to resolve the issue. Today I been at your shakarpur service center in order to resolve my phone issue as charging slot is not working properly. Your service center management is failed in providing the basic service. There is no sitting arrangement for all the customer. People are getting token but some are getting entertained before their turn. Out of four seat only three executive working. They are not checking phone they just listening complaint and submitting the phone and asking come after 15 days ,issues which  can be fix within an hour even not taking care, in order to submit the phone only one customer have to wait for 2 to 3 hours. Few customer was in customer care who have submitted phone 15 days back for repairing now getting replied that still we have no parts or it is under repairing, if MI service center don't have parts then where do we go. some customers asked please give us in written that you have no parts in written then your service center female executive starts scolding customers and so many customers are getting same answer then all get anger and start shouting, thereafter instead of making peace your service center,your executive start argument which may lead to voilence. Your customer service center executive threatend those who started making video of this incident including me and snatch my phone. I am having video recording with me of all this incident and cctv is also installed in your service center premises. I want to ask you why service is too bad. Why do we wait for 2 hour for submitting phone.  Why do we submit phone for 15 days as the issue can be fix within 1 hours.  Why spare parts is not available in your authorised service center.  why proper sitting and water arrangement is not available in your Service center.  Why there is no feedback system in your service center. why your employee Misbehaved with customer.  Why 3 out if 4 executive working only. Do you deploy executive according to the footfall.  Why issue of spare parts is not resolved within 15 days as your employee asked them . Who would be responsible if today any voilence  happens. Why there is no security guard. I also request you to check your cctv and take feedback from the customer who came today . The whole incidence was neither expected nor accepted at all At last please improve your after sales service increase your executive, emphasis on instant resolution of issue. Please maintain proper stock of spare parts. Introduce feedback system. Arrange sufficient seats and drinking water. provide proper training of handling customers to your employees ask them never argue with customers if you speak softly may customer understand but misbehaving is not acceptable. Deploy only technical employee who have knowledge of mobile repairing. I am also from a service industry and can handle such things in a better way than you do. I have not submitted my phone as this issue can be fix in an hour . I hope you would help me to resolve my issue else i would be constraint to take a legal action as your executive misbehave and snatch my phone at your service center.
