How to get the POWER OF NOW (HINDI) - Meditation and Mindfulness in Hindi
Get the book: http://amzn.to/2l6iX6A You are who you are. That is a bit hard to understand. If you think about it, it seems very mundane right? Ofcourse you are who you are. But if you pay attention, there is a deeper level of understanding that can be taken away from the sentence. You are who you are. You are not your circumstances. You are not your job description. You are not your body. You are not your car or the people you hang out with. You simply are. You are the consciousness behind the brain. Take a moment to be still. Completely still. Close your eyes and pay attention to every single detail. The sound of my voice. The feeling of the chair or mattress on your back. How tight your clothes are, or what the temperature of the room is like. Don't think about anything, just exist. You were just observing your circumstances. And that presence, which is operating the senses through which you perceive the world, that is the essence of who you are. Learn how to meditate in hindi. Here's a sentence that most of us use in our lives. "I hate myself" Now apart from actually being really harmful for your self esteem and personal growth, that sentence actually points towards a deeper truth. When you say I hate myself, you are implying that there is two of you. An I, and myself. This is why you need to learn how to meditate in hindi. What eckhart tolle wants you to understand is that you are that I. Myself is just the identification with the ego. You are not somebody. You are not some body. You are the essense of life. The same essence that is in me, in your dog, in your parents. Now I know this sounds a little trippy, but pay attention to the soft stillness of the things around you. Remove all thoughts and distractions and pay attention to the silent presence of everything. And realize that this moment right here is perfect. Not perfect in the way that you have everything you ever want. But perfect in the sense that this is it. Think about it. There has never been a time when your life was not the present moment. Time is a helpful tool, but it distracts us from the truth of the now. According to the author, it is perfectly alright to keep track of time and take part in the modern world, but you should only do so when you've learnt to disassociate your identity from the past and future. We humans are constantly stuck either thinking about the past or the future. What was or what will be. But the truth lies in what is. The next analogy I'm going to share with you absolutely blew my mind, and I hope it gives you some insight. All sunbeams originate from the sun and go in different directions. Imagine how insane would it be if a sunbeam got attached to the idea of only going in a particular direction. Would it's existence be considered a failure? Ofcourse not, it's a sunbeam, and it will go where the sun directed it. It's exactly the same with our consciousness. All our individual consciousnesses come from the same source. We obscure the light of our pure consciousness with our egos, and then get stifled and forget about who we really are. Here's how to meditate in hindi. Just like the sunbeam cannot choose what it illuminates, imagine how free your mind would be if it didn't have to choose. If just like the sunbeam, it illuminated whatever beauty the universe wanted to present through you. Wouldn't life be so much easier? Now after reading this book, I realize that apart from a few techniques for being more mindful there wasn't anything concrete in this book. But, there was something much more profound. It was a lot like removing your sunglasses after you've been wearing them for a long time. Colors seem to pop more, the world seems like a brighter place. I think it's the perfect way to describe this book. Our egos are the sunglasses that we put on so that we can stare into the light and keep moving forward. But this book, reminds us that we don't always have to look at the sun, and we can stop and look around and take of our glasses and ejoy the earth in all it's glory. I don't think we should all stop working and go to a retreat. But I think that this book gives a powerful shift in mindset, one that allows you to approach life in a completely refreshing way. Once you read this book, you'll still be able to attack your goals. But you'll always be doing them with a calm demneaour, knowing that no matter what happens, your life situation is not your life. You are everything beautiful in this world. And you are always here, in this moment. Thanks for watching.
