On 11.04.2016 i submitted my YU yureka A05510 smart phone (IMEI no.911401501615130)in micromax service center just for a charging issue,they said your phone board is having problem,board changing cost will be ₹3000 but rather than changing the board there's a better option they recommend, give us 3500₹ and get a brand new phone as replacement with warranty,after they assured me,i agreed on that deal i paid them 3500₹ and they've given me a fake bill without jobsheet no.of company,that's means the bill is not valid,I have all documents bill papers copy,after a month they gave my old phone back and even they broke my notification light,1st of all they gave me a old one and broken one,when I registered a complain in YU company about all of this matter,they've told the company a false story that my phone was dead,screen was broken,and charging board was dead and you know what when i asked the company if is this really true,is this possible? changjng any of the component at rs.3500possible?company replied No not at all,service center was symantesly u-turning back to back that proves they are lying,but company is totally cooperating with me,thus the manager herself taken my phone back and promised me this time assuring they'll give me a brand new phone and whole scenario video recorded on my cell phone.but again I got a message from company your phone was repaired please collect it from service center rather than replacing they done this back again,when I headed to service center with one of my friend for collecting my phone,they've said we lost your phone,we'll search for it and give u later whenever we want,when we peacefully protest by saying that's not fare at all please kindly give my phone back its almost more than 2months we are running like dogs,we asked him to let us talk t the manager,I've sealed with her,.he said a guy on counter abusing us-"Tere Baap Ka raaj hai,madarchod" and when we said mind your language sir,he jump out of the counter with some 3-4more staffs and beat us badly with belts shoes lying us on the ground,I had internal injury in my ear I have doctor report as proof,my eyeglass was broken and my watch was teared during this,and the whole scenario is recorded on CCTV camera,later we file an F.I.R against them,when police reach the service center,there managers threat the police,do whatever you can do,you can do nothing you have no idea who I am get lost,and threaten us I will beat you again and will spoil your whole life and career,and I recorded everything on my cell phone as evidence,they threatened us and the police too.Now the service center told the company that they've gave me the phone that i already recieved it its white lies, so I decided to take further action defame them viral these videos
